WHAT IS A DTS?
The Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a Christian training course covering twelve weeks of powerful and relevant teaching with another twelve weeks of missions outreach (this can be in Australia or overseas). The DTS is designed to encourage students in cultivating a living relationship with God and identifying their individual gifts and callings in God. Cross-cultural exposure and global awareness are special emphases throughout the course, preparing the students to reach current and future generations and answer the call to "Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations" Matthew 28:19. Our DTS is primarily designed for those 18-30 years of age.
KNOW GOD
The first 9-12 weeks of a DTS focuses on training and equipping young people to understand God's love and how to live it out, how to reach people who do not know Him and to follow Him.
Every week a new topic is covered. Topics may include Bible study, relationships, missions, identity, hearing God's voice, nature and character of God, and more.
MAKE GOD KNOWN
Our heart is for young people to make God known, from our homes, our cities, and to all the nations. Outreach starts the journey of making God known and to have a hunger and thirst to love Him to the ends of the earth.
