Thank you for visiting the website of Youth With a Mission Brisbane (YWAM Brisbane). You are here because someone that you know is applying to Volunteer, Mission Build or Board with YWAM Brisbane and they have nominated you as a personal reference contact.

 

To give you some context, our VOLUNTEERS live in the Brisbane area & serve with YWAM on a short term/part time basis and help care for the practical needs of the centre. MISSION BUILDERS live on the centre with us for a season, serving in any capacity where there is a need and participating full-time with our YWAM community for the weeks or months they are with us. When space allows, we also sometimes have BOARDERS rent a room for a season and they are welcome to build relationship with us and participate in some community activities when their schedules allow.

Please fill out this online Reference Form about the applicant. It will give us an opportunity to get to know them a bit better, and ascertain if this placement is a good fit for them. It should only take a few minutes. 

 

The applicant will live in our community and their role will likely include local and rural ministry, administrative duties, working in a team and a lot of adapting. Please note that this form is not necessarily confidential to the applicant due to Australian Freedom of Information laws, so if you have matters of sensitive nature, please feel free to request that we talk with you on the phone.
